CrossFit Kids
Open to all kids between the ages of 6 and 12.
Kids will learn proper movement technique as well as how to be active and fit individuals.
Class focus is on FUN! Students will play games and learn at the same time!
Sign up early as class space is limited.

Note: Teens (Jr. High and High School ages) are welcome to attend regular WOD classes.
Like all adults, teens will need to take CrossFit 101 so that they are able to safely perform all movements.
